No matter the situation and no matter what it is that you are looking for, you can find the right project management software for your company. The question you should ask yourself is: “Which one can offer me the best features?” There are many project management software solutions on the market but the ones that ring a bell amongst project managers and business owners are Wrike and LiquidPlanner. These two software programs have much to offer and are extremely affordable when it comes to pricing. The main thing to understand is that online collaboration software has to give you exactly what you need so you can accomplish your projects effortlessly.
Wrike
Wrike is web-based project management software that can be used on every platform including Linux, Mac as well as Windows. This flexibility is something that makes Wrike top notch in what it does. For $9, you can get yourself a sweet collaborative software that allows you to work with others from one simple platform. It also offers a document management system and most people find that it's pretty fast as well. You can also use this software for scheduling which is great for businesses alike. Communication is important when working with a project management system and you will be offered a messaging system that allows you to do so. You get resources like maps, groups and calendars to better assist your members. Even though you get so much with this project management system, there is a huge competitor by the name of LiquidPlanner.
LiquidPlanner
LiquidPlanner offers some of the same features with a few exceptions. Unlike Wrike you don't get the FAQ-section, which is supposed to help you understand how to work the software. You will also notice that the price is double the price of Wrike. You will be looking to pay around $25 for this software with fewer features. You will not be offered an issue tracking system, which is offered by Wrike, and you will also notice that there is no dashboard or messaging system. The only things you will be able to utilize in LiquidPlanner is the ability to create documents through the document creative system, email integration and scheduling, aside from a few other features.
Both web apps offer an API feature, which allows it to become web based. This is great for online companies looking to better collaboration with their employees. The bottom line is that if you are looking for a simple project management system that will allow you to do more for your money, then Wrike might just be what you need. It gives you much more to choose from and it also offers a support system, but LiquidPlanner remains to be a solid alternative to Wrike and other project management tools.
